This policy covers jcdefeats.com and the coaching services of DEFEAT X, LLC ("we", "us"). It explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you fill in a form, book a call, or text or call us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us. Our website also records basic visit information, such as the pages you view and the device and browser you use.
How we use it
We use your information to send you what you asked for (for example, the free ebook), to schedule and hold calls, to reply to you, and to send our monthly letter if you have not unsubscribed. If you check a box agreeing to text messages, we use your phone number to text you about your request and, if you agreed to it, about coaching, events and books.
Calls JC misses
If JC can't pick up, an AI assistant may answer. It says it is an AI, the call is recorded, and a summary is saved so JC can call you back.
Text messages
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our customer relationship, email and scheduling systems, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending you marketing email.
Keeping it safe
We protect your information with reasonable safeguards. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it to serve you, and the systems we use encrypt data in transit. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices

Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
