Three ways in.

They're priced differently because they are different work.

    Custom

You have a feat in mind. A race, a distance, a mountain, a standard you have to meet. I'm the Sherpa. I build the training and I'm on the route with you.

    Priced after we talk.

    The 90-day program

You're functioning and something is still off. This is the ninety-day container: weekly one-on-one work, field days with the team, and a straight read on where you actually are.

$3,500 launch price for the twelve sessions

The price you sign up at is the price you pay for your twelve sessions.

If you need more than the hour (long field days, travel, more of my time), that's quoted on top. I'll tell you the number before we start, not after.

Bringing a crew or a team? Ask about group pricing.

    Spiritual work

Discipleship, scripture, the podcast, the Wednesday morning group. I don't charge for this and I never will. If that's what you're after, come and it's yours.

    Free. Always.

If you do the work and nothing changes, I give you your money back.

I show up when it's hard.

"I've known JC for over 20 years now. He's a close, life-long friend. I've done endurance running since I was a kid, but was introduced to triathlon through him when he got into the sport and invited me to join. Since then, I've worked with him as a friend and coach to help me develop skills and habits to help train and improve my abilities in triathlon and endurance sports in general. I still remember one of the first times I got one on one coaching from him for swimming. I had looked up and watched dozens of hours of videos to help and was still struggling. JC got in the pool with me, watched me, explained to me the actual physics of what I was doing, and corrected my form in a no-nonsense, straightforward way. That one little session was more impactful than all those hours of videos I had watched combined. That memory and session is a small sample of what kind of coach JC is: straightforward, no nonsense, and extremely eager and willing to help."

"JC is an excellent coach for raw, actionable feedback. It was his motivation that got me interested in triathlons and other activities in the first place. For years, I shied away from running, swimming, biking, and other heavy cardio, but he helped me understand that the only thing holding me back was myself. In swimming, he helped me improve the most with easy-to-understand instructions, implementing small tweaks and movements that laid the foundation for longer swimming distances. His passion for health and wellness is matched only by his drive to help others improve."

"Love that it's different every time I come out, that way I never know what to expect and always give it my best."

"Thank you, JC, for being a voice for me. With nearly 30 broken bones, life can feel especially brutal and repetitive. But just like you said, it's not about a new me, it's about embracing the same old unfiltered version of ourselves. I appreciate how you meet me where I am, sharing your journey with honesty and love, even amidst the scars. My faith also holds strong, and I'm grateful for your support on this path. Cheers to choosing love, always."
